Privacy Policy of the energy-urfu-ai.ru Website (Revision dated 1 August 2026)
Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
- Personal Data (PD) means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (the data subject).
- Depersonalisation of Personal Data means actions performed on Personal Data that make it impossible to determine whether such data relates to a particular data subject without the use of additional information.
- Cookie File means a text file stored by the browser on a user’s device for the purpose of recognising repeat visits.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) establishes the procedure for processing and protecting information concerning users of the energy-urfu-ai.ru website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
1.2. This Policy has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of the Russian Federation dated 27 July 2006, “On Personal Data”.
1.3. The Personal Data Operator is Pavel Viktorovich Matrenin, an individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
1.4. Enquiries concerning privacy and data protection may be submitted by e-mail to: p.v.matrenin@urfu.ru.
1.5. By visiting the Website, the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) agrees to the terms and conditions of this Policy.
2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
2.1. The Operator does not collect or process Users’ Personal Data.
2.2. The Website does not contain registration forms, comment sections, feedback forms, or any other mechanisms requiring Users to enter Personal Data.
3. Depersonalised Data and Yandex Metrica
3.1. To count the number of unique visitors and analyse Website traffic, the Operator uses the Yandex Metrica web analytics service provided by Yandex LLC.
3.2. Yandex Metrica automatically collects depersonalised information concerning visits to the Website, including:
a) the IP address of the User’s device;
b) the type and version of the browser and operating system;
c) the address of the referring webpage;
d) the date and time of the visit;
e) cookie files.
3.3. Through the Yandex Metrica service, the Operator has access only to the information specified in subparagraphs (b), (c), and (d). Therefore, the information available to the Operator does not enable the identification of a particular individual. Such information is processed by Yandex in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
3.4. The legal basis for the use of Yandex Metrica is Article 6, Part 1, Clause 1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, namely the consent of the data subject expressed through the continued use of the Website.
4. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
4.1. The Operator does not disclose Personal Data to third parties, as no Personal Data is collected.
4.2. Depersonalised statistical information is transmitted to and processed by the Yandex Metrica service. Yandex LLC is responsible for the subsequent processing of such information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
5. User Rights
5.1. Since the Website does not process Personal Data, the provisions concerning the rights of Personal Data subjects established by Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ are not applicable.
5.2. The User may:
- disable the storage of cookie files in the browser settings;
- install the official Yandex Metrica Opt-Out extension, available at https://yandex.ru/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html, in order to prevent information from being transmitted to the Yandex Metrica service.
- the exercise of these options shall not restrict the User’s access to the content of the Website.
6. Data Protection
6.1. The Operator implements the necessary legal, organisational, and technical measures to prevent unauthorised access to depersonalised information and to minimise potential risks in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. Amendments to the Policy
7.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.
7.2. The current version of the Policy shall be published on the Website and shall enter into force upon its publication.
7.3. Continued use of the Website following the publication of amendments shall constitute the User’s acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
