The New Academic Year Begins at UrFU

On 1 September, we welcomed new groups of students to our Energy for Smart Cities and Artificial Intelligence in Power Engineering master's programmes, marking the start of an important stage in their academic journeys.

At their first meeting with programme director Aleksandra Khalyasmaa, the students got to know one another, received essential information and asked questions about their studies.

Following a university tradition, first-year students received UrFU-branded merchandise as a symbol of belonging to the academic community.

Our master's students are now ready for coursework, projects and new achievements. Research, innovative ideas and preparation for careers in digital energy lie ahead.
