Helping School Students Explore Engineering Careers

Our joint project with Gymnasium No. 13 in Yekaterinburg continues. This time, we welcomed 11th-grade students specialising in technology.

As part of the programme, they visited the Urals Energy Museum, where they explored the development of energy technology, from historical equipment to modern engineering solutions.

The visit is particularly relevant because many of these students are now deciding where to continue their education and which professional direction to pursue.

During the tour, they explored the exhibits and asked questions about engineering careers, university study and employment opportunities in the energy sector.

Our aim is to support students as an initial interest in a subject develops into an informed career choice.

Step by step, school projects, excursions and early questions about the future can become part of a pathway into engineering.
