UrFU Researchers Receive the Youth and Science Award

Pavel Viktorovich Matrenin, a lecturer on our master's programme, has won the Youth and Science Award, a competition for early-career researchers at Ural Federal University.

He received the award in the Information Technology and Mathematics category, which covers IT, programming, artificial intelligence, mathematical modelling, data analytics and fundamental mathematics.

Award recipients received a prize of RUB 105,000 in recognition of their contributions to scientific and technological development.

Pavel Matrenin not only develops advanced digital solutions, but also shares his expertise with students and encourages them to engage in research and project work. We are delighted to have such researchers among our faculty.
