Python Programming in the Master's Curriculum
This course introduces students to the Python programming language and its libraries and shows how mathematical problems can be expressed as code. Students learn to present and visualise data and computational results.
The syllabus covers Python syntax and the use of SciPy, NumPy, Matplotlib, Pandas and selected built-in libraries to solve applied problems.
The lecturer is Ivan Aleksandrovich Smolyanov, a senior researcher at the Power Engineering Digital Twins Laboratory, PhD in Engineering. He has five years of professional experience.

• Predicting turbulent flows in induction pumps
• Developing applications to automate the configuration of numerical models
