UrFU and the 2024 Academic Ranking of World Universities

UrFU's Research Strengths Recognized by ShanghaiRanking

ShanghaiRanking has published its 2024 ranking of the world's universities.

According to the ranking as described in the original publication, UrFU placed first in Russia for materials science and second for metallurgy, and was the only Russian university represented in the energy category.

The publication links these results to the Academic Excellence Survey (AES) conducted by ShanghaiRanking, in which 1,543 professors from 122 universities worldwide participated.
