Three lecturers on our master's programme won grants in the Vladimir Potanin Foundation's 2025/26 competition for university teachers, an established competition supporting master's education in Russia.

More than 500 applications were submitted this season. Funding went to 150 lecturers from 58 universities. UrFU had the largest number of recipients, with 12 of its lecturers securing grants.

The foundation supports projects that update courses, introduce project-based learning and develop programmes focused on practical industry challenges.

Congratulations to Alexandra Khalyasmaa, Stanislav Eroshenko and Pavel Matrenin on their success.

Their projects contribute to the development of our master's programme through academic collaboration, current research and practice-oriented education.
