An Important Visit to Our Laboratory

Yesterday, our Digital Twins in Electric Power Engineering Laboratory welcomed distinguished visitors: Dmitry Alexandrovich Pumpyansky, a member of UrFU's Supervisory Board and president of the Sverdlovsk Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs; Viktor Anatolyevich Koksharov, Rector of UrFU; and Sergey Fedorovich Sarapulov, Director of the Ural Power Engineering Institute.

During the meeting, laboratory staff presented key developments in intelligent systems and equipment condition diagnostics. We are actively developing digital twin technology to model and analyze energy system behavior in real time. This supports equipment optimization and helps predict potential faults, reducing maintenance risks and costs.
