Meet Sergei Fedorovich Sarapulov, Director of the Ural Power Engineering Institute.

A few facts about his career:

– He graduated from the Ural Polytechnic Institute in 1999.

– He defended his Candidate of Technical Sciences dissertation in 2002.

– In 2011, he defended his doctoral dissertation on induction magnetohydrodynamic machines for technological applications involving electromagnetic action on molten metals.

– He was elected Director of the Ural Power Engineering Institute in 2014 and has since been re-elected three times.
